ONE POT SPAGHETTI MEDLEY 

Instructions:

1.   In a well oiled large pot, combine celery, carrots, and onions until lightly browned. About 5-7 minutes. 

2.   Create a well and add in ground meat. Depending on desired size, the meat can be chopped smaller with a spatula or for larger pieces don’t separate as much. 

3.   Add in tomato sauce and refried beans. Mix until well combined. Add the vinegar, salt/pepper, and cayenne pepper. Season to desired taste.

4.   Incorporate the chopped garlic and mushrooms. Add in the pasta.

5.   On a medium-low heat, place lid and let pot simmer for about 18–25 minutes. 

6.   Mix and top with cheese of choice.

The refried beans is so delicious and adds the perfect amount of creaminess to this dish!!! It’s like a cross over between spaghetti and lasagna soup. I would love to see if you try it and please tag us, #kymikitchen :).
