CREAMY CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM RIGATONI

Instructions:

1.    Boil pasta as instructed and drain. Set aside.

2.    Boil green beans on high heat until just tender, about 3 minutes. Drain well. 

3.    In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add in flour. Stir well to form a paste. Gradually pour in milk and mix. Add in salt and pepper. Sprinkle in cheese until a thick consistency forms as shown in the video. Set aside. 

4.    In an oiled pan, add in minced garlic, shredded chicken, and mushrooms. Cook until all ingredents are lightly browned on medium-low for about 5~8 minutes. Add the green beans. 

5.    Lastly, add in rigatoni pasta and pour cheese sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Mix well and serve immediately. Optional, turn stove off and sprinkle more cheese on top and place lid for five minutes or until cheese is melted.

So easy to prepare in under 30 minutes and absolutely ADDICTING!
