SUMMER SLAW

Instructions:

1.      In a large pot, boil pasta as directed. Drain and set aside.

2.      In a large bowl, mix lime zest and juice, olive oil, kewpie, egg yolk, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined. 

3.      Add in sliced cabbage and bell pepper. Incorporate pasta and stir.  So refreshing and perfect for summer!!
