GLAZED PORK BOWL

Instructions:

1.       In a large well heated pan with olive oil, add in diced onion and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Lightly sprinkle in salt and pepper.

2.      Add in ground pork and use spatula to chop into smaller pieces. Pour in the Bachan sauce and soy sauce. Cook until there is no remaining sauces, about 7-10 minutes on medium heat.

3.      Mix until well combined. Serve with miso soup and rice :). I love this dish as it is so easy and delicious.
