ROASTED GARLIC PORK BELLY STIRFRY

Instructions:

1.  On medium heat in an oiled pan, roast garlic until light brown. About 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally to avoid burning. Remove from pan and set aside.

2. Cut peppers into thin slices and lightly season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Add to pan.

3. Using a mandolin, thinly slice the carrots and place sliced carrots into the pan and stir. Cook until the peppers and carrots are slightly tender, another 5 to 7 minutes. 

4. Incorporate the sliced pork belly and season. Cook on medium to high heat for 5 minutes.

5. Lastly, garnish the crispy garlic on top of the stir-fry and sprinkle sesame seeds. 

This recipe is so good especially ideal for meal prep and for families as large batches can be made in under 30 minutes! The crispy garlic has such a delicious touch to this dish and for sure is in rotation in our household.
