OLIVE DRIZZLE GARDEN DRESSING

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients except garlic and blend until smooth. (Optional, the garlic can be blended in the blender. Though I don’t prefer it since the smell tends to linger.)

  2. Cut garlic into small pieces. In a glass jar, pour in blended dressing and add in diced garlic. Mix until combined.

  3. Add in chopped parsley and mix.

  4. Lastly, drizzle olive oil on top.

I love this dressing since it can be used for several dishes including tacos, salads, burgers, wraps, pasta salads, avocado toast, and more!
